We are a group of owners at The Appalachian & Black Creek Sanctuary who created this site to promote our individual condo rentals. Think of us as a mini Air B & B or HOME AWAY. We offer personalized condos along with a caring touch and many condo options to choose from. We have studio, 1 Br, 2 BR and 3 BR condos to select from. There are 14 located at The Appalachian and 10 located Black Creek Sanctuary which are all located at, and are a part of, the Mountain Ski Resort/Mountain Bike Park/Water Park also known as Action Park. ​Book online today using the calendar for each condo or on the "all inclusive" calendar. You get to enjoy all the onsite amenities just as you would if you booked with the front desk. Stay with us for a weekend getaway and enjoy onsite skiing, snow boarding, snow tubing, mountain biking, zip-line, and nearby golf, wineries, outlet shopping, hiking, antiquing, farmers markets, apple picking, pumpkin picking and so much more!
